Wednesday bolt on urgently needed! I forgot.

Hey all, my travel has already been booked, and all my friends including my partner are going on the Wednesday, but I forgot to add the bolt on. Is there anyone that can help me? Thank you 🤘

What's the FPS target for H3VR2 on standalone?

Super hyped for the game! I'm gonna get it on both pc and standalone, but I was curious about the FPS performance target for the Q3. Cheers! :)

First impressions of the Steam Controller!

My partner managed to get me a Steam Controller as an anniversary gift, and I've got some thoughts I'd like to share.

First of all, the ergonomics are super comfy. I have medium/large hands, and it feels just as (if not more) comfortable than my Steam Deck. The back buttons are noticeable, but you won't press them by accident unless you are heavy handed.

The haptics are a big suprise for me! They feel awesome without being too abrasive, and in some games it really comes alive.

Trackpads are amazing once again. If you have a Steam Deck, you'll feel right at home. If you don't have one, these trackpads are the real deal for mouse input. I play fast paced boomer shooters and it's able to keep up without breaking a sweat.

Compatibility wise, it's a mixed bag which I'm sure will improve with updates in the future.

The Puck is great! Before I got the controller, I was skeptical about how well it would hold up on my desk, but I'm here to report it has a rubber foot underneath that prevents it from moving around too much. The report from a recent post about their puck short circuiting is a concern, so I'm being extra cautious. Latency and range is excellent and feels very responsive. If you happen to use other 2.4ghz devices on your PC, your mileage may vary.

Gyro is great! I'm not much of a gyro guy, but in my limited time testing it, it does a really good job.

TLDR: It's one of the best controllers for PC gaming hands down. I can finally relax in my chair while still having precise mouse input for all my FPS games. 9/10!
