Hey everyone, currently at work and I am used to my BG dropping in the 30s-50s but I just had a drop from 157 to 76 to another immediate spike back to 130 5 minutes after. It stayed in a normal range but the movement seemed to be a little fast. This happens a lot throughout my day and all night while I sleep. Is this normal? Should I do anything about it? I keep getting alerts from my phone about 2 minutes from my phone(wearing a CGM). I tested finger pricks and everything seems to be accurate.

Any advice for me? Or am I worried for nothing?

Hey everyone. I wanted to share this experience to see if this has happened to anyone else. Last night my partner and I went to sleep and I always fall asleep first. My partner COULDN'T fall asleep until 5 in the morning(went to bed at 10:30pm). all while I was out in the first 10 minutes.

While I was asleep at around 2:00 am my partner said I raised my arm straight up to sky while I was on my back. My arm was stiff and shaking like I was reaching out to something. She was trying to force my arm back down and yelling to put my arm down and 30 seconds later everything went back to normal. A few hours later I opened my eyes (not awake). and kept sleeping. I woke up this morning with this weird feeling like I had died in my sleep. Not knowing anything that had happened.

When I later learned everything after my partner had woken up and explained it all, I had chills after she told me what I did and came right here to ask reddit if anyone could relate or have an idea why this all happened.

I didn't really have any dreams but just like really short clips of regular day activities with my partner for a very short time but for the most part I don't remember evening being asleep last night.
