I gotta renew my stamp 2 but it the immigration form never asked me to pay €300 as it should, after I submitted the form last week. When does it ask for the payment? I want to be sure that the form is submitted completely from my end.

I am on Ubuntu, and ran a quick experiment: Changed my Ubuntu laptop's timezone from Dublin to Sweden to see if WhatsApp shows me a different timestamp for a previously exchanged text, but it didn't even after refreshing or clearing the whole cache.
My suspicion is on the network timezone (for example, the WiFi I'm connected with), but wouldn't it be too difficult because the machine's timezone would constantly override network's timezone?
The story with WhatsApp Business web was different, it could show timestamps according to a changed local timezone. Also, the chat thumbnails I didn't have a conversation in (no Tx/Rx) showed the previous timestamp, before I changed my laptop's timezone. But the chat thumbnails I had a conversation in after changing the timestamp, did show a new timestamp. Regardless of the thumbnails, the actual message timestamps within both the kinds of chats were the same (local timezone, that I changed).
