Thought I would share some guys I made on wwe2k

This is a old apartment above my shop. I hate the layout. The kitchen is on left, Bedroom on right. No living area. The center wall is load bearing but I have the ability to add a header and remove some of it or move the door. The kitchen has a drain below window and around the area where 13 is on the far wall so the sink can go in either spot. How would you divide it so I can add a small living room? Thank you.
