Hi everyone,

I’m posting this because I’m hoping someone here might be able to point us in the right direction.

My dad recently lost his job after many years of working in IT, and he’s currently looking for his next opportunity. He has over 30 years of experience in IT and ERP systems, with a significant part of his career spent working in the Middle East.

He has extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision and Business Central, along with IT infrastructure, networking, databases, user support, training and general IT operations. He has also been involved in ERP implementations and upgrades throughout his career.

He’s currently based in Kochi and is open to full-time roles or remote opportunities.

I know the job market can be difficult, especially for someone with a lot of experience, so I thought I’d ask here along with just applying through job portals.

If anyone knows of a company that might be looking for someone with his background, has heard of an opening, or simply has any advice on where someone with his experience should be looking, I’d genuinely appreciate it.

Happy to share his resume over DM if anyone thinks they might be able to help.

Thanks in advance.

P.S: Have used AI to edit the text so that I would be able to convey the message properly.

Hi everyone,

I’m posting this on behalf of my dad, who is currently looking for a new opportunity after he lost his job about two months ago.

He has **30+ years of experience in IT systems and ERP**, with extensive experience in **Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision / Business Central**. He has handled complete ERP implementations, upgrades, configuration, user training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support across areas such as finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and manufacturing.

He also has strong experience in **IT infrastructure, networking, servers, databases, cybersecurity, helpdesk support and IT operations**. He has spent many years working in senior/trusted IT roles in Oman and has managed systems supporting multi-site organizations.

At this stage, he is open to:

* Full-time IT / ERP roles
* Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central consulting
* ERP implementation or support projects
* Remote/WFH opportunities
* Short-term or freelance IT/ERP work
* Helping small businesses with their IT systems or ERP requirements

He is currently based in **Kochi, Kerala**, but is open to opportunities across India and remote work.

If you know of any openings, companies looking for someone with this experience, or even a business that could use his expertise, I’d really appreciate it if you could comment or DM me.

I can share his resume and contact details with anyone interested.

Thank you!
