First off, this has all been super confusing. The hardcover is sold out now on Amazon, not sure where I can get it besides random websites and eBay. At this point the consensus is still to not trust resellers right? The only reason I would is because maybe I'll actually get it sooner? But yeah thoughts on what I should do?

Second, I know each host country got their own hardcover cover. What is the difference between the two photos above? Why is the first one different is that like another alt? Or is it a fake?
