Ako lang ba ang naiirita sa enrollment ngayon? Incoming third-year student here, at supposedly July 28 at August 4 ang enrollment. Pero ayaw pa rin, kasi nung tinry naming i-access ang PUPSIS, ang lumalabas ay "no subjects."

First time kong ma-encounter ito, at sobrang annoying talaga. Nagre-rely pa naman ako sa scholarship para sa allowance. Imagine, pasukan na ngayong August at supposedly may scholarship money na sana ako, pero wala pa kasi hindi pa ako nakakapagpasa ng Certificate of Enrollment (COE).
I mean, bakit sila naglalabas ng enrollment dates kung hindi naman pala lahat makakapag-enroll? Ang rason daw, hindi pa approved 'yung subjects—na napaka-weird para sa akin. May ganito palang process? Paano 'pag hindi na-approve, 'wag na lang mag-aral? Ganern?

May scholarship deadline din ako ngayong August 14, at ang last enrollment dates ay August 12 at 13. Sana talaga umabot pa 'tong Certificate of Enrollment ko, jusko po

For context, I'm a fairly new player and an F2P with 110 pulls saved. I currently only have Luuk (S1R1), Lynae (S0R0), Mornye (S0R1), and Hiyuki (S0R0).

Initially, I planned to pull for Denia in 3.6 for my Luuk since I've heard she's his BiS sub-DPS. I also wanted to pair Lynae with Hiyuki, who doesn't have a proper team yet.

My question is: should I pull for Suisui when her banner comes? I've heard she's very good with Hiyuki, and since my Hiyuki doesn't have a team yet, I'm wondering if it's worth taking the gamble.

I love male characters.
