A lot of Saturn placements + Saturn Return [astro-seek]

Currently going through my Saturn Return. I have quite a bit of Capricorn and Aquarius (although not sure if Uranus is more prominent there). Any insights on how this may affect my Saturn return?

Patio + w/d in unit, under 2k. Doable?

Moving to Seattle in the next two months.

Patio: would need to be rather large, as we have a robust garden and an indoor cat that likes to lounge outside in the sun.
W/D in unit
Under 2k: can flex to 2.4k.

Hoping to find a place with these specifications, and close to UW (public transport: max 40 minutes).
