Tried the Mayo Technique
Bought a nice prime filet and gave it a try.
I was literally laughing slathering it on whilst listening to the Pumpkin’s tune “Mayonnaise” 🤣
It actually turned out far better than I expected. I’ll try it again soon just to see if it’s a consistent option
