Worst timing ever

I was meant to be going on a trip today, plugged in my tslim last night and got the power source alert for the first time. tried absolutely everything- reset the pump twice, had it plugged in overnight, spoke to three different people on the care line to no avail. we tried to use my old medtronic but it has stopped working. on top of all of that i reinstalled the dexcom app as i hadn’t needed it seeing as the tslim can link to the dexcom and it refuses to open, so now i have no way to get a constant feed of my glucose levels.
I do obviously have my insulin pens and testing kits but I have been reliant on pumps for over half a decade and am not great at administering injections anymore. I feel so hopeless and so upset at the complete failure of the technology that is meant to help me stay alive.

ASAP help please!

I have a trip tomorrow (which it looks like i wont be going to) so I plugged my pump in as it was at 50% and of all times to fail it decided now was the best time to give me the power source alert (7T). Ive been on the phone to 2 different customer care workers at tandem and they have sent me a new cable which will arrive within a few days- but i dont think it is an issue with the cable at all as i am currently using the tandem one and have bene for the past 2 years. I also tried 3 other cables and 2 other wall plugs, none of which worked. i’ve had it plugged in for 45 minutes to no avail and i’ve also powered off and powered on the pump. Any other suggestions?

Hello, I am 18 with an extremely heavy period. I am sick of having to use the orange tampon (the biggest one i know of), heavy duty night pads and an adult diaper all at once to go outside just for me to have bled through all three within two hours and have to go back home (which happened to me today on day 3 of my period). Please give me any and every tip you might have to reduce this because I genuinely cannot live like this anymore.
