Anyone else having issues with Petco online orders customer service?

I buy my cats very expensive RX wet food from petco.com or chewy. Lately, any time I have an issue with an order from Petco, like if some cans arrived dented, they refuse to give me any refund even though I am willing to mail back the cans. I sent them photos of the dented cans and still my refund request is being denied. They also will not connect me with a supervisor. The only reason why I even bother calling is because the cans are so expensive and the cost adds up if a few from every case are dented badly. (I avoid giving my cats cans with large dents or dents near the seal.)

Any advice?

Electric bill keeps going up. new AC installed august 2022. Why has my usage/cost gone up so much?

1000sf townhome. Electric bill last June was $160, which is what I had been paying every month approximately. then it jumped to $180, then 190, and by Oct, it was $200. Since then, every month it has gone up and now I’m at $230 for this month. (This is with budge billing.)
