Coming back
With the 30th and playing Scarlet and Leaf Green, I’ve come back to the cards. So far, I’m collecting the crochet cards, Psyduck cards and any cute cards of my favs. I’m also building a Hide and Sneak deck. Even with all the scalpers, it’s nice to be back!

Update 2: lost my passion due to depression

5 months ago, I reached out because I could no longer do painting due to depression. I got a lot of good advice including doing something simple like terrain And getting all my equipment more accessible.
Over the months, medication and therapy has gotten me to a good enough place to get clearance to work again (just need a job).
The advice I was given led to this Goblin Pub diorama(my first diorama). I want to thank everyone who gave me kind words and advice. What an amazing community

The Fear, The Depression and The Joy
Due to seeing my parents and my teenage self weighing in a couple of times a day. I do not have scales at home. I only weigh in at the doctors every month.
However, I’m now going from a cycle of fear before my Doctors appointment. Get depressed if I plateau (I’ve yet to gain), and feel overjoyed when I lose.
I feel I’ve just condensed the unhealthy cycle to the weigh in Week. The feelings are amplified.
Does anyone have any advice on how to combat this?
EDIT: I’m also not moving yet, and this probably exacerbates the guilt. I hoping That I’m at a weight where exercise doesn’t hurt.

Where is the left moderate party?
With ON gaining traction and the Greens stagnating (I’m all for the Greens but well aware that others won’t vote for them because they still believe they are rabble rousers).
Why doesn’t the left have a Teal version or moderate party?
I don’t remember why the Democrats imploded, but as a high schooler I adored Natasha Scott Dispoier!
I’m fine with Labor when they have a strong opposition making them deliver strong decisions and not keep the status quo.
With One Nations win, I’m scared, I’m tired and hate where we are.
