Any ideas what the cause might be?

Edit: as an update to this, at like 3am I ended up going through the lashes 1 by 1 and lifting/pulling 2 off of my right eye and 1 off of my left eye. My eyes are still red this morning but starting to look and feel a lot better. I’m thinking it was a couple being too close to the lash line and scraping/poking my eyes.

I had lash extensions for over 2 years, took a couple years break and then recently started having them done again. My old lash tech no longer does lashes so I started seeing a new tech. I had 0 issues with my initial lashes but the fill that I just had zone like 1.5 days ago caused some irritation. Anyone seen anything like this? It’s both my left & my right eye, bottom halves only and more irritated on the outer corners.

I don’t think it’s an allergy or intolerance of the glue since I’ve had them by this same tech just a couple weeks ago and since it’s only the bottom half of my eyes.

During the appointment I noticed some light scratching/stabbing/hurting in those areas when she was putting them on. Could it be from the tape or from them being put on too close to my lash line?

Also what would yall do? Not say/do anything and hope they go away eventually? Eye drops? Is there anything the lash tech can do if I reach out?

They are randomly watery, I’ve had a lot more eye boogies since and my bottom eye/eyelids hurt to blink/when I touch the surrounding area.

MI Tape Match Income Notice

Michigan Medicaid: Hi everyone, I’m curious if anyone has come across this and what their experience was. My husband was laid off at the very end of June so we applied for and were approved for benefits. I just received a Tape Match Income Notice about the IRS reporting self-employed income from the 2024 tax year. We didn’t receive any state benefits in 2024 or 2025, just from June 2026- present for Medicaid and then FAP benefits from end of July 2026-present. I’m a stressor 😅 Do I need to be worried about this? I’ll call first thing when they open in the morning but I’m not sure I’ll be able to sleep tonight not knowing what this means.

At home allergy test vs professional?

I'm curious if anyone here has done some kind of an at home allergy test and then also got one done in person from a specialist? If so, how did your at home results compare to the one done in office?

Background info: twice now I've had full body allergic reactions to something and have had to go to urgent care for injections. I will be seeing an allergist but first I need to find a new pcp that takes my new insurance & then get the referral to go see an allergist for testing. This will obviously take some time so | was considering doing some type of an at home send in test in the meantime but I'm curious as to the accuracy compared to an in office test. They are pretty positive it was something I ingested food or drink wise due to it being a full body allergic reaction vs a localized one and when I say full body, I'm talking head, face, ears, mouth, neck, chest, stomach, arms, legs, a hole, feet. Everything.
