Looking for recommendations on a sports bra after weight loss for small band large bust but also pendulous due to skin stretch etc.. please HELP!!

hello, based on the calculator, after my 45lbs of weight lost I am down from a 32G to a 28HH/28F-UK.

so now I am here again... i have pendulous breasts from weight loss and almost 0 upper fullness remaining. every bra I get that fits the bottom is gaping at the top and then everyone just shifts around and it becomes uncomfortable as they just jump into the gaping space. I need a sports bra that holds everything in place so I can continue running without insane pain.

lastly, I find sized sports bra NEVER work because my band would put me in a XS/S size but my breasts put me in a M/L size..

WHAT YALL SMALL RIBCAGE BUSTY GIRLS WEARING???

Eggs... sometimes.

this is weird but I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed something similar as it might point to pesticides or hormones or something being the cause for my stomach pain but it seems like when I buy organic eggs I don't have any side effects but when I buy free range or free run or whatever grocery store ones are a little bit cheaper I get severe gas and bloating to the point where I'm bedridden ... has anyone else noticed different brands causing different reactions.

I was IGE tested for eggs and dairy and blah blah blah and they all came back negative, but I still get this severe pain from eggs and milk but the egg one seems to be quality specific.

hey friends! long time. I learned something fun and new this week. I take a synthetic progesterone to help with my endometripsis symptoms and it's highly effective for me. No complaints, but I had been experimenting with a new electrolyte and it had added amino acids which i didn't see as an issue and within about three or four days a lot of my symptoms started coming back, breast tenderness, migraines, panic attacks, abdominal cramps, inability to digest food properly... And I was absolutely at a loss what could be causing it so I did a little bit of research and I guess sometimes amino acids can increase your oestrogen so it was basically Cancelling out my medication anyways I just thought I would share in case anyone else is looking at experimenting with amino acids to be careful...

have a wonderful day my endo warriors!!

hola, 👋 I have been successful in losing about 40lbs this year and I have been noticing something as I have gotten closer to my goal.. It feels impossible lately to eat in a similar calorie range. has anyone else noticed this? I understand my TDEE should be lower so shouldnt it be easier with a smaller deficit? I am still hoping to lose between 10-15 more lbs and this has been making me feel like a failure.

do I give my body a refeed? or do I ignore the signals?
