Hi, I have Prius Plus+ (USA V) more that 7-8 years.. with +600.000km, I know this car extremely well.

But now I have a problem, and I can't find a solution.

After 40–60 km of driving at 170–180 km/h (high RPM), my car broke down.

I have a vibration when the engine is running at 1100–1900 RPM(more rpm = no vibration), but the vibration feels similar to an unbalanced wheel(not like misfire..). When driving on the electric motor, everything is OK.

- No misfire, no OBD faults. EGR is clean; I’m just waiting another egr valve to change., maybe that’s my problem.

- New spark plugs. I bought one ignition coil and swapped it.

- I did smoke test, no leak,

- cylinder compression: 11,12,11,11 bar(OK)

- The coolant level is fine; it’s not disappearing.

- Damper/clutch? But I don’t have any bad sounds, just a small “unbalanced wheel” vibration.

Do you have any ideas?

What i found in internet just misfire misfire... but my problem not misfire, engine running like unbalanced wheel..
