Anyone know if ram or direct connection is going to release a factory tune like ford does for the raptor. I’d much rather wait for a proper ecu tune than a piggyback.

Happy to report that rho will not blow up towing a huge boat through the desert. Trip was about 800 miles with lots of elevation change and was about 105 degrees outside. Engine does run a little hot 230-240. Was very impressed!

In a bit of a predicament with a user who signed up for a bill at end of trial. He signed up for the annual plan which is $1790. I’ve made it clear on website and checkout that he’ll be charged at the end of 14 day trial. Every user also receives reminders halfway through and day before. I really wouldn’t mind that much money but I’ve checked logs and he isn’t using it. Do I charge him or cancel preemptively? Some advice would be much appreciated.
