$1k-1.3k budget, maybe excluding RAM + SSD, give or take $100 for tax or extra money needed
I’ll keep this short and concise as I can be.
My PC stopped displaying on 9/22 (about 2 weeks ago), I got a job and I should be able to pay about 1-1.3k for a new pc within 3 weeks (I got the job 5 days ago).
(PARAGRAPH BELOW IS SKIPPABLE, JUST GIVING CONTEXT ON WHY I NEED REPLACEMENT)
My PC wasn’t displaying at all to my TV (Monitor broke about 1 month ago). The fans were turning on, my keyboard and mouse were lighting up, but my PC wasn’t getting past POST since the light for Ctrl or NumLock wasn’t responding. I tried to fix it after a few days & a screw fell on my motherboard and made it spark (apparently I’m supposed to unplug the cables from the PSU before doing anything like that)…
The reason I’m mentioning this is because I don’t know if my motherboard sparking fried my SSD & GPU because my SSD & GPU are only 10 months old; I’d hate to have to replace them so soon.
TLDR; assume my ram & ssd is usable (im willing to upgrade or add ram but that’s not a priority for me), suggest a case, motherboard, cpu, gpu, cooling kit, etc

i’d appreciate a suggestion on keyboards/mouse/gaming mic too, use your discretion if you want to include that in the 1k.1-3k budget, im willing to wait for a better keyboard/mouse/gaming mic
I plan to upgrade my pc more and more within 2 years. I want to transition into more heavy gaming, but atm I really only play fortnite, hypixel skyblock (heavilly modded), and league of legends, (but im almost always sharing my screen in discord & have spotify open & broswer tabs). I want to branch out to more games, now that I’ll have the money to buy them.
