Which monitor should I choose?

I bought an HP Omen 24 monitor about seven months ago. It’s been great, but it recently suffered what looks like a T-CON board failure. I’ve submitted a warranty claim, but I’m worried it might be denied because I accidentally spilled some superglue on the casing.

While I wait, I’ve narrowed my search down to three strong contenders, though I’m open to other budget-friendly suggestions:

  1. BenQ MOBIUZ EX251
  2. LG UltraGear 24GS65F-B
  3. MSI MAG 255F E20

My Use Case: I mostly binge-watch movies and TV shows, but I also game quite a bit when I have the time, which is why I'm looking for high refresh rate options. I’m looking for a reliable panel with minimal hassle. My technical knowledge of monitors isn't the best, so I’d love some advice from the experts here!
