I want to lay off social media. For starters, these Instagram reels are helpful when it comes to driving tips and law education. However, the comments tell another story. Sure, it's Instagram being the vile bigotry app as usual -- but keep in mind, driving is another story. These are normal everyday people expressing death and hatred at beginner and cautious drivers. They get mad at someone driving at the posted speed limit. They get mad that people dont want speeding tickets. They get mad at people unsure of whether to move. They get mad that someone doesnt feel safe turning right on a red light
I am scared of driving, especially after checking 3 times to make sure I can turn on red on an EMPTY road. And of course a man and his big truck still comes out, showing I can never be cautious enough. Honking and shouting at me, making me wish people were nicer on the road. Im sure he was a sweet family man who got scared for his life. Additionally, I usually take the left lane all the way to work until someone pointed out I am an asshole for 'left lane camping.' It's as though they would rather me stay in a lane I don't take to work, and risking a disastrous lane change as a beginner
Additionally, the goalpost is constantly being moved. If I stop left lane camping, then someone gets mad that I dont drive fast enough in the middle lane
Is it just Americans? Are people too comfortable on social media? Are people entitled on the road? Why do people drive on the road like they hate it, and judge everyone else for trying to make it home safe?

i started full time work, at a government dept
im an asian woman and i feel like a failure. I rarely go to parking garages and this is my first time at one. My entire cohort (all men) and trainer saw me hit the curb on the way out towards the exit; and not only that, I cant even park on an incline leaning to the underground parking garage. I parked within the lines but it’s a bit wobbly, but not obstructing anyone

I wish parking was on the surface. I just wanna tell my parents I dont wanna do this anymore, and have them drive me to work. But I need a car to see clients eventually, so I cant just skip using a car while Im training and lose even more aura. I dont want this job anymore

These fragrances appearing in discount stores was some sort of sign. Shes pivoting and paying attention to her fragrances these past few weeks, probably flushing out older inventory and making way for hike prices. Sucks to suck

i have this weird thing where i cant use cosmetics/fragrances as keychains. The sun and constant clacking will degrade the product’s quality, but somehow it doesnt bother others. only me!!
