I downloaded net bsd yesterday and I don't really know anything about it, I thought it will be like linux you know "mkdir, ls, pwd, cd .........." but none of these commandes work and the worse is that I can't really find any reliable sources to learn anythig about it, I searched on youtube for some tutorials thinking I can at least try and get it but there is no tutorials about netBSD, please help me

I have BAC this year and I have looked up some collages that I want to go to, one of them is ENP or as they calle it polytechnique, If you are a student in there, please tell me how is it, these are my question for freshmen:

1 what do you study the first year?

2 is the studying environment nice and do the teachers explaine the subject in a good way?

3 I heard that in your second year you have to go through a challenge in order to study the major that you wanted, is that true? and how is the challenge done?

4 do you study in french or in english? or do you get to choose between them?

5 for thoes who majored in electronics, what courses do you exactly study? and is ENP the onlly university that teaches electronics?

I grew up in an area without many girls and I developed some problems talking to girls, I went to therapy and they told me I should try talking to a girl or at least know some stuff about them, I have no female relatives, so Im here in reddit, you can call it a desspret move, but I have nothing to lose .
