Need advice on germination

I have three pots containing seeds of Bulbine torta, Conophytum cubicum, and Ornithogalum unifoliatum.
They have now been sown for about 2 months with zero germination.

For the first 6 weeks, the pots were kept at around 17-22°c. About 2 weeks ago, I put the still-sown pots into my refrigerator at around 11°c, still inside their sealed ziplock bags with the medium moist. After 2 weeks at around 11°C, there is still no germination.

I'm now wondering what I should do next. Should I take the pots out of the fridge and return them to warmer conditions? Should I open the ziplock bags and let the medium gradually dry, or should I continue keeping them moist?

Help! My 5-Week-Old seedlings are losing their roots

I noticed that three of my seedlings started declining, and when I pulled them out, they had no roots. I also found a tiny worm in the soil and noticed small, fly-like insects around the pots. What should I do? The seedlings are only 5 weeks old, and I'm worried the rest might be affected.

Is this O. Palmifrons a goner?

I noticed a little nub poking out of the soil two weeks ago, but I decided to leave it alone and water it when I got back home. Unfortunately, the nub has now dried up, although the corm still feels firm. I suspect the 2–3°C increase in temperature here might have caused it.

Bulbine and Drimia seedlings

Week-old Bulbine haworthioides, B. fallax, and B. mesembryanthemoides, alongside my 3-month-old Drimia intricata seedlings

Unfortunately, I lost a few of the B. Mes and B. Fal seedlings. Now I’m just waiting on my second attempt at B. torta, plus some 2-year-old Ornithogalum unifoliatum seeds. Hopefully I’ll have better luck this time.

Is my M. Andersoniana healthy?

I usually see photos of this species online looking like small round balls, so I’m worried mine might not be getting enough light. It gets around 6–7 hours of light in a greenhouse, and I only water about twice a month since it’s pretty humid where I live. Last photo was taken 7 months ago.
