If you exercise before work, how does it impact your performance at work? Do you feel lethargic or energetic? Also what time do you sleep and wake up?
I always have plans to do after work, but it all fades away after a tiring day at work. I have to study and exercise but once I finish work and even before I go home, I just feel like collapsing, all I need is a couch and a drink. And once I'm home I just throw myself on the nearest bed/couch and cancel any plans .. and i feel extremely guilty and it builds up my depression. I have been doing that almost my entire life and I just need it to stop and start making my days count.

I recently started a job that was labeled as “General Accountant,” but my actual work seems very different and I’m trying to understand what field/position this really falls under.
My daily tasks include:
- Reconciling data between Shopify, operations sheets, and warehouse sheets
- Cleaning messy Excel data and matching IDs/quantities
- Using pivot tables, SUMIF, lookups, etc.
- Identifying shipment discrepancies and stopping incorrect shipments before they go out
- Reviewing shipment stickers/labels before handing them to warehouse
- Reviewing and making sure paid orders were actually successfully paid.
- Investigating root causes of mismatches across multiple unrelated sheets
I’m basically acting as a checkpoint between operations and warehouse to ensure orders are correct before shipment and I report to the accounting manager.
What would you consider this ?
Trying to understand what career path/certifications align best with this type of work.
