Nag order po ako sa lazada using debit card, wimce may discount daw po na 5% nang price nang bibilin mo. Upon compiting 400 pesos yung mababawas dapat. But upon checking the bill is full price pa din yung nabawas sa bank ko. Or kahit manlang sana may bawasan if hindi 400 is wala talag, hindi ako makatawag sa CS nila sonce puro bot yung simasagot

Hello po ask lang po I am planning to buy Aula f108 or Aula S98.

But I can't decide what on this two should I buy.

The F108 is good since I am more on the full size keyboard. But it's not portable since it was big.

While the s98 is good enough still has the function but eould need more time to adjust to it.

Anyway this teo was really close to each prices so I want you opinion on these two.

Umorder ako ng repair kit for my dog’s water bed sa Shopee Choice. Nakalagay pa sa listing na pwede siya for pools and air mattresses, so bumili ako.

Pagdating ng item, ginamit ko agad. Kaso hindi siya dumidikit. Natatanggal siya sa surface ng water bed ng alaga ko. Tinry ko rin siya sa pool namin para makita kung didikit ba talaga — wala rin. Tinuyo ko pa yung surface nang maayos para sure na didikit, pero wala talaga. Kaya nag-raise agad ako ng refund with evidence.

Akala ko naman mabilis lang yung process since may nakalagay na date sa app. Hinintay ko yung date na yun, pero hindi nag-response si seller. Naghintay pa ako ng more than 2 days kasi sabi automatic daw maa-accept yung refund kapag walang dispute si seller. Pero umabot ng 5 days na wala pa ring update, kaya nag-contact na ako kay Shopee support.

Sabi nila priority na raw yung case at maghintay lang daw ng 24–48 hours. So naghintay ulit ako. Yung 24–48 hours nila naging 6 days.

Tapos ngayon lang nag-response yung Shopee sa refund request ko, tapos rejected pa. Reason nila? Ginamit na raw yung item kaya dapat sealed pa rin, nasa original packaging, at hindi pa nagagamit.

Aba, paano ko malalaman na hindi gumagana yung item kung hindi ko susubukan gamitin?

Nakakainit ng ulo. Ilang araw akong naghintay para sa refund tapos rejected lang din, tapos sobrang nonsense pa nung dahilan nila.

So okay, bumili ako nitong self healing patch na pwede idikit sa air mattress, pool, etc. sa Shopee Choice for 300 pesos. Pagdating niya, ginamit namin agad. Pero nung tinry namin, natatanggal siya agad. Ginawa naman namin lahat ng sinasabi nilang possible mali namin sinand pa namin yung surface ng pool, etc. pero hindi talaga siya dumidikit. Yung product parang sticker paper lang talaga.

After that, nag-request agad ako ng refund with complete evidence on the same day na nareceive ko siya. Yung deadline na binigay ni Shopee was May 1, and akala ko automatic na siyang maa-accept by that date, pero baka mali ako. So naghintay pa ako until May 3 since nakalagay na kapag no response within 2 days, automatic accepted daw. Pero until today, May 7, wala pa rin. Under review pa rin yung request.

Cinontact ko yung CS nung March 4, and sabi nila mag-uupdate sila within 24–48 hours. Since hindi naman daw dinispute ng seller, automatic refund na raw within 24–48 hours. Pero today is already the 3rd day 72 hours na and wala pa rin akong na-receive na email or refund.
