Things getting worse before they get better?

Nine days ago, I started on 1.5 mg. In that time, my atopic dermatitis has flared up like crazy, and I got a nasty cold sore. My fatigue may not be significantly worse, but it's not getting better. I'm supposed to go up to 3 mg tomorrow. Is this normal? I'm wondering if anyone has experienced things getting worse before they get better.

Are there any episodes you enjoy but also annoys you?

For me, it's the gynecologist episode. It's funny, but omg everyone is being so unreasonable except Doug. I love Carrie, but she's so obnoxious in this one, and Danny is even worse. Like, who tf do you think you are, charging double the estimate and then starting a job and not finishing it.

Is finding an open minded doctor my only chance?

I have been doing a lot of research and I would like to try LDN. The doctors have refused to diagnose me with anything but Fibromyalgia or sero negative RA seem likely. I looked into AgelessRX, but seeing as it only goes up to 1.5mg I feel like if that dose isn't enough I have no way to increase my dose. Is there a way to find a doctor who is a little more open minded? My rheumatologist and PC don't know anything about it. I live in Georgia outside of Atlanta if anyone knows of any doctors in my area.

I worked a full 8 hours yesterday.

I know it might not sound like much of an accomplishment, but between my health issues and quitting adderall I have been so tired I could barely work 5 hour days, and that was with me taking breaks during the day to lie down. Yesterday I put in a full 8 hours and yes, I was very tired by the end, but I did it.
