Im working on making a mill deck with the mindskinner as the commander. Im aiming for it to be competitive at a table of precons. Ive play tested it a few times and it feels quite alright. Just want some outside thoughts.

As the title says I am trying to make decks from each color that would be able to provide a unique enough experience when piloted. If I could get some feedback on the commanders I have selected I want to ensure that none of them will feel similar when played. Link to the commanders below.

I am working on building a $100 budget Liesa card because I recently got the card signed and sent from Prof. Below is the decklist, let me know what you would remove and add. I am aiming to be the villain at the table that primarily is on the same level (if not a little higher) then the average precon power level. Let me know how I did!
