I made a thing -- mmm, a CLI Minecraft mod manager for Modrinth.

An example usage of mmm

I made it work like a package manager: point it at your mods folder, set your MC version and loader, then search, install, and update mods from the terminal without touching a browser.

Examples:

cd <path/to/your/mod/folder>

mmm set-profile 1.21.1 fabric

mmm search sodium

mmm get -i 1 # install by search index, no slug lookup needed

mmm get sodium, lithium, iris # or just bulk install

mmm autoremove # clean up orphaned dependencies

mmm list #show all mods installed

mmm update #update all mods

It also does dependency-aware removal and autoremove for unused deps. No API key, no login.
