Starting my first Prophesy of Pendor playthrough. The Empire looks objectively the best, change my mind.
What's up people,
After hearing all the horror stories about how brutal and unforgiving Prophesy of Pendor is, I'm finally ready to jump into my very first playthrough.
I’ve been looking at the faction trees because I want to build the absolute strongest, most meta army possible to survive the early-game meatgrinder.
From what I’ve seen, The Empire looks like the undisputed king. Their Armored Crossbowmen look like walking cheat codes (ranged + heavy armor for sieges), Legionnaires seem like absolute tanks, and the Shadow Legion Knights just look unfair on the battlefield.
Change my mind. Is there any actual reason to pick another faction for a first playthrough if I want pure power? Which faction is truly the best in your eyes, and what top-tier units will make me regret not recruiting them?
Do i belong here if I am 5’10’’ ?
What's up people, so I think the title speaks for itself. I'm 179 cm (5'10" / 5'11") and a lot of my male classmates are taller (around 6’1 / 6’2), and they're making fun of me for being short. It’s annoying because I'm studying law enforcement/security services, where everyone seems to be a giant. Is this considered average height?

I just bought them for 400€ brand new, whats your opinion about this watch ?
Perisno is a great mod
I must admit that after trying out several mods, Perisno is the most underrated mod out there. I have dozens of hours played in mods like Viking Conquest, Nova Aetas,Acan, Acok and of course, we cannot forget Prophesy of Pendor and AWOIAF. These mods are truly on a whole different level compared to the others, but it feels to me like Perisno has already overtaken them. What is your opinion on Perisno ?
