Construction remains on budget, with select commissioning activities targeted to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, mechanical completion targeted for the second quarter of 2027, full commissioning and production ramp-up expected in the third quarter of 2027, and commercial production targeted for the fourth quarter of 2027.

Don’t chase this share price up because it usually settles back down again. Wait for it to come to you. The volume is extremely low so I would only recommend a small position. There should be some major milestones over the next year giving you opportunities to sell & buy back in when it settles down.

The final day to fix the issue is September 14, 2026 (stock price dropped below $1.00 for 30 days). What will it be - delisting, reverse split or extension? We should see something after market today or pre market tomorrow morning.

Currently the volume is up 5x and the share price is up 14% but I can’t find out why?

Is there a link to the live meeting? Why do the directors have so few shares. I’m not a big hitter and only Pat Ryan & Randy Johnson have more share than me.

I collect critical mineral processors and Ares is my newest addition. All of the exciting info is readily available but that’s not what I’m looking for. Most of my CM stocks have concerns over construction execution, share dilution and hard feelings towards management over losses from years ago. I want to know what your concerns are going forward.
