picked this up for 16 dollars I don’t know what’s the diffrence between multicam and ocp

I’m getting into airsoft and for some nice pants to play with I went to a military surplus shop and picked these up for around 16 dollars which I thought was super cheap when I looked at other combat pants.

im pretty sure they are real due to the tag but people keep telling me they are fake.

I 3d modeled this in tinkercad to learn

but now im questioning my self if its worth to print it because its of its print time and filament usage
