So this is my first time publishing an article and presenting it ! As my college has just started few weeks ago i dohave much information regarding how to do all these ... i asked few of my seniors they are just saying like as i know everything 😂 .... but yeah as this is my first time i really want to write and publish an article so if anyone of u can help from basics

Guyz one of my frnd wants to go fc road today for shopping so is it safe for going there alone and anything impt to keep in mind ?

I have recently shifted to new city for my higher studies its really difficult to survive here in my hostel ... i really miss my parents very badly i always cry and my mental health is ruined... my roomates are toxic i don't have any option of shifting room or changing hostel ... sometimes i feel like i should quit my studies and go to my hometown and get admissioned there in somothercourse i mean sometimes i feel like will i be able to persue this course or is it just becz i am not able to survive without my parents or its all becz the toxicity i am living in in my hostel ... and i am also getting sucidal thoughts ... why did i came here wasted my parents so much money why to trouble them telling these all .. its just been 5 days here i have joined the college hostel

I'm a first-year student living in a shared hostel room, and the last couple of days have been emotionally exhausting. There have been repeated conflicts over small things like shared space, charging arrangements, noise, and different expectations about the room. One argument recently escalated, and since then I've been feeling constantly anxious and uncomfortable in my own room.

I don't want to focus on who's right or wrong. I'm more concerned about how this situation is affecting me mentally. I keep replaying the arguments in my head, overthinking everything, and I feel stressed even before going back to my room. It's becoming difficult to relax or feel at peace in the place where I'm supposed to rest.

For people who've been through something similar, how did you protect your mental health while living with difficult roommates? How did you stop overthinking, stay emotionally stable, and get through each day when you couldn't simply avoid the people you lived with?

I'm looking for practical coping strategies and experiences rather than advice on who's at fault. Thanks.
