25,000 IU every 2 weeks vs 5,000 IU daily . what makes more sense for 16.78 ng/mL?

My vitamin D came back at **16.78 ng/mL** and my doctor gave me D-CURE **25,000 IU** and told me to take one capsule every **2 weeks**.
I started with 25,000 IU on August 3 and took the second one on August 8, so I’ve taken 50,000 IU total. I still have two capsules left.
What confused me is that I see a lot of deficient people taking around **5,000 IU every day**.
If you take 5,000 IU daily, that’s **35,000 IU per week**, while my doctor’s 25,000 IU every two weeks averages only around **1,800 IU per day**.
That’s what made me wonder if every two weeks is quite a low dose for actually correcting a level of 16.78.
I also bought **5,000 IU D3** but haven’t taken any yet. My idea was to finish the D-CURE and then switch to 5,000 IU daily for a while, then eventually lower the dose for maintenance.
For anyone who started around my level, what did you actually take? **25,000 IU every two weeks, 25,000 weekly, 5,000 daily, or something else?** How long did you use that dose before switching to maintenance?

Anyone else buy the ROG Xbox Ally X and barely use it?

I don’t know if anyone else feels the same, but I bought a ROG Xbox Ally X for around **$1,000**, and I barely use it.
Before I bought it, I had all these ideas in my head. I thought I’d be playing in bed, on the couch, whenever I had free time, and I’d probably end up using it more than my laptop. But that’s not what happened.
I work 8-hour afternoon shifts, and when I get home I almost always grab my laptop instead. I also have a PS5 and a Meta Quest that I use every now and then, but the Ally X mostly just sits there. It’s weird because I really like the device, but I feel like I was more excited about owning it than actually using it.
I’m curious if anyone else went through the same thing. Did you eventually find a way to make it part of your daily routine? Were there any games that completely changed how often you used it? Or maybe there are things you do with it that I haven’t even thought about.
I’d love to hear your experiences because I really want to get more use out of it instead of letting it collect dust.

For those who’ve experienced a constant “heavy brain” feeling, what was the cause?

I’ve been trying to understand something I’ve been experiencing for a long time, and I’m hoping to hear from people who have gone through something similar.
The best way I can describe it is that my brain feels… heavy. It’s not a headache, it doesn’t hurt, and I’m not dizzy. It just feels like my brain is heavy, and I honestly can’t find better words to explain it.
What makes it confusing is that my life is actually going well. I have a good job, things are stable, I’m making progress toward my goals, and overall I’m happy with where my life is. I don’t feel like I’m dealing with major stress or any big problems, yet this feeling is still there.
Sometimes my mind also feels completely empty, like I’m sitting in a “nothing box” or a black room with no thoughts. I don’t know if that’s related to the heavy feeling or not.
I’m not looking for a diagnosis or medical advice. I’m simply interested in hearing from people who’ve experienced something similar. If this happened to you, what did it end up being? Did you ever figure out the cause, and did anything help? I’d really appreciate hearing your experience because it’s a difficult feeling to describe, and I haven’t found many people who talk about it.
