Test is in a few days. I feel terrible.
My fortes are behavioral sciences (especially ethics), psychiatry and genetics. Immunology slightly less, but also relatively good. But those tests barely contained those topics. Although they're all supposed to constitute at least ~30-40% of the exam.
Where do I stand and what can I do to increase my prospects of passing?
I have the NBMEs until 31 (including 31). I don't know if I should purchase 32 and 33. Is it worth it?
I want to buy a silver bracelet (probably a barrel), 2 studded clips and the items in the photos (2 from each). The prices are very high, and I want to minimize the costs as much as possible. Please help me come up with a strategy, what to get on each upcoming sale. And if you think any of those items will even be on sale.
I'm thinking - next B2G1 event (don't know when) - a bracelet and 2 flowers. About the rest - I don't know if they'll even be on sale and when. Should I place another order for them in the B2G1 too (requires another shipment) or wait for a sale?
I should mention that every shipment costs me \~23$.

I don't understand much about jewelry pricing. I've been looking at snake chain bracelets (in the style of pandora and compatible with pandora charms) made of yellow or rose gold. I've (21f) had lice for a while now. I tried to treat it - I have a lice comb, I use anti lice products. I use an anti lice shampoo. I change my bedding often. I have someone helping me, giving me lice treatments and checks.
But I can't get rid of them and it's becoming increasingly difficult to manage and burdensome on me. The lice checks with my lice comb, the treatments with the strong smell that lingers afterwards, constant clothes and sheets washing. I'm a student and don't have the time and energy for that. I already found a barbershop near me, and I keep thinking about going there and asking the barber to shave off my head to be bald. I have had lice for a while. It's difficult to treat your own hair, so I have someone close helping me with it, which I appreciate. I treat it, but they're difficuly to get rid off. I'm doing UWorld, currently on average 30-45% of full blocks by subject (Pathology, Histology, Immunology, Genetics, Histology). Higher grades of 70-75% in the module of social sciences (which I fully completed).
In total I did 408 questions (11% of all qs) and 43% of these are correct (composed mainly of the aforementioned modules). All were made in real 20 or 40q blocks, timed, no assistance, extra time or breaks.
I feel like it's not going well for me. I still plan to work on Psichiatry and Biostatistics, and think I can do better in those.
I don't know what to do. My exam is in a week. I don't have time to learn everything and I feel like I don't score well. No matter how much I study my mistakes and try, I don't see improvement. And I still want to do the NBMEs and "investigate" them too.

What is the salary of a western general practitioner who studied in the EU, and has an EU + American (USMLE) licenses + speaks English, German and Arabic?
