Weird question and i’m sorry but i’m a complete newbie and was curious, what are the strongest crystals to keep away unwanted visitors or negative unwanted energy from infiltrating home?

I’m not from North Jersey so the amount of historic homes has been quite a shock.

Question:

1. Will buying a 1900-1910 house be a risky investment STRUCTURALLY (no central air, squeaky floor) flooring upstairs has to be changed.
2. Would a 1950 ranch house (smaller, 30k cheaper) be a better investment?

Would I have trouble selling the 1910 house in 10-15 years?

We’ll be commuting to jersey city and looking for areas in north jersey similar to Rutherford where the commute isn’t too terrible and its kid friendly (good schools).

Bloomfield and east orange are good commute wise but doesn’t seem ideal for schools. Any suggestions on smaller towns near there i might be overlooking on the map/zillow search?
