
Marvel Snap should have a separate “Theorycraft” mode.
No rewards.
No missions.
No cubes.
No progression whatsoever.
Just deck testing.
Half the fun of Snap is theorycrafting, but right now you can’t actually test ideas unless you already own the pieces. So people either:
- copy meta decks blindly
- or spend tokens(or real money) hoping a deck feels good
A sandbox mode would let people experiment without risking progression or resources.
And before someone says “people would stop grinding”:
most players still care about ranked, variants, splits, rewards, flex value, etc.
This would mainly help the people who enjoy the strategy side of the game. The “what if this interaction works?” side.
Honestly I think it would make people MORE likely to buy cards because they could actually try them first.
Feels weird that a card game this deep has no actual testing environment.
