I recently had an incident where someone hit my car and dipped. I was hoping that someone could help me find any information on the guy, because he didn’t give any of his contact information.

The incident happened in the Wallace parking deck on Rosemary street. The guy drives a red Dodge pickup truck. I attached videos of the incident.

If anyone knows anything about the guy in red, his friends, or his license plate number, I would appreciate it!
