Recovery started as well as it could. UK heatwave and nursery being closed (2 under 4) has altered my recovery since then.

Get to day 6 i started to feel aches in my lower abdomin to the side and my incision looked infected. Went in, got checked on antibiotics which are now causing issues with my stomach.

Day 8. Groin pain, stomach issues, i think my incision is getting better. Regretting the timing of getting this done to be honest and this ball ache / groin / abdomin pain is not the one.

I am 36, trying to stay active while bringing up a young family.

In my young 20s i had ACL reconstruction on both legs. Things went well and returned to playing football/soccer a few years later sucessfully.

Several years ago i twisted my knee and suspected some damage but only recently looked for medical advice for which i have an MRI scan this weekend.

My knee buckled yesterday going down the stairs and i feel pretty down about it and started thinking of my future.

Regardless of the MRI outcome, what does my longer term future look like? Can anyone advise what my knees will be like in 10, 20, 30 years time? Am i doomed?

I was just adjusting my stem and the cap. The item that the cap was screwed into just literally disintigrated. What is the item that this screws into? How do i sort this out?

My wife is due to go back to work next week after our second child. This time round we are worried about preparing meals for work due to time and energy in the evenings.

Do you people have any great suggestions for time precious people in order to make those mornings a little easier.
