How do we tell the developers about the bugs and unwanted changes?

It seems like nearly everyone hates this app now. They need to at least fix the pasting font size bug!

Where do we tell them about it? Is it even possible without speaking Korean?

O method only works when its INCREDIBLY good

Like OUT OF THIS WORLD good. Whole body. Out of body. Extending even beyond the body. So fucking good it changes the material of the world around you.

That kind of energy is effervescently attractive. Magnetic. You become the center of the universe with the gravitational pull of a black hole when you do it good.

We need a law to ensure customer and gig worker (host) receive the same receipt

Its definitely sleazy to send a different receipt of transaction to different people. Many gig economies do this, and Turo is no different.

Turo takes a big cut from both customer AND worker and implies to both of them that it is the only cut. This is obviously deceptive and wrong.

Example: Typically Turo claims they take 15-30%. But in reality they also take approximately that much from the other party as well, and it's common for them to end up with literally 50% of revenue while doing very little work or offering much in return.

Keep in mind, these cuts are only increasing over the years for Turo and services are only decreasing. They offer less to host AND less to customer every single year. Just to provide executives with more.

That's legally okay. That's business. But telling incorrect financial information to customers and hosts is downright wrong.

I have noticed that the host has to pay for roadside assistance now. I could have sworn that Turo used to cover this cost. Could be a local thing.
