Handwritten note or small gifts for mentors in FAANG?

Would it be weird to give a handwritten note and/or small gift card to my mentor/immediate boss? First summer interning in big tech, and not sure if that’s seen as too childish in this area.

Color difference in photos?

I’m mostly a seller but bought these shorts recently. Opened a dispute because the color wasn’t at all what I expected from the pics. Unfortunately, the description had mentioned “navy,” and I had gone off the photos instead. I get that lighting can screw up color, but the difference wasn’t mentioned at all and I didn’t believe the gray would be so midnight blue in person!

I really needed slate-gray-blue shorts for an event, am I being too nit-picky here? 😭

Recommendations for minimalistic 30C bras?

Hi! I just used the bra calculator and it recommended a size of 30C. I'm not too sure where to find bras of this size, as basically every size chart on bra sellers' websites put me at a 34A-36AA...

I currently wear just nipple covers or Pepper bras in 34A; I actually like them and they fit me decently, but are a little too loose on the cups. I was thinking to get a light push-up from them next, but am open to recommendations or advice on what may fit better!!

  • My only constraint: I dislike high-support bras with wide bands, and prefer something more minimalistic. I don't need any support for comfort, so I don't want anything too heavy-duty. Thus, wires are usually not important/very helpful to me.

My measurements:

  • Loose underbust: 30.5"
  • Snug underbust: 30"
  • Tight underbust: 29.5"
  • Standing bust: 32.3"
  • Leaning bust: 34"
  • Lying bust: 32.6"

I'd say theyr'e kind of round and wide-set, but that doesn't really mean much since they're so flat anyway.

I'd really appreciate any thoughts!

Color difference or lighting?

This doesn’t look like the same tank top at all to me 😭. I even took a photo of it on top of pink but I’m not sure how she got it to look so light, and the stock photo she used misled me to think it would be the same color. I was hoping for a light green, not so bold.

I’m not quite sure what to do. Do I cut my losses under “different lighting” or is there a real argument I can make here? Perhaps the more I look at it, I feel like the color might not be *that* unflattering on me?

I have a Wimbledon-themed banquet party this weekend with my tennis club, and I think this dress is my best option. However, I find that the length is slightly awkward and maybe not the most flattering on me. I thought maybe layering this skirt could help, but not sure if it goes! I’m worried that it made the outfit look less classy/chic and would love some thoughts.

Alternatively I could wear kitten heel sandals, but they’re not my faves. They’re in pic #2. Also note the heeled nude sandal in 1/3/4 have an ankle strap that I’d normally wear, but it doesn’t show up much.
