There have been an alarming amount of black people that are killed and hung in trees. As we all know BLACK PEOPLE DON’T HANG THEMSELVES ON TREES. Since March of 2025 there have been at least 22 cases. Just recently Trey Reid 🕊️, Tory Medley🕊️, And Kyle Bassinga 🕊️ to name a few. “Strange fruit” should’ve ended LONG ago.

I felt empowered to wear my Radical Resistance t-shirt “KILL THE KLAN” while running errands. It’s not surprising how many dirty looks I got but the amount of people who actively avoided me was kinda comical. It didn’t matter where. Whether is was Costco, Walmart, or elsewhere. In an aisle and in the parking lot.

All this to say racist should no longer feel comfortable anywhere at any time. So piss off your local racists.

Once a week I stop by Lancaster Central Market to pick up my dog food, bread and produce. I just wanted to shout out Ric’s Bread and Barr’s Produce at Lancaster Central Market!

Ric’s Bread has the most delicious bread and it’s so fresh! I know the original owners sold it last year and I’m glad the new owners are making it their own while maintaining the great quality and bread recipes 🤤 I rotate between the salted basque and 14 grain to be a little healthier.

Barr’s produce consistently has the best and most affordable produce at market! The homegrown peaches are amazing though limited due to the freeze we had in spring. You have to eat the peaches over the sink or with a napkin under your chin, they’re always so juicy and delicious.
