Applied for this apprenticeship role about a month ago, got a shortlist mail on may 11 this month asking to fill an initial assessment form, submitted it 12 days back, no response yet. They mentioned 1–2 weeks review time so getting a bit anxious.
Has anyone gone through this process? How long did it actually take to hear back?

24M, oily skin. Severe chronic sun tan on legs, thighs, neck and forehead from daily agricultural work under harsh sun for 3-4 years. Significant hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone. No pain or itching. Tried sunscreen once (Biotique) but too heavy for my oily skin so stopped. Is this tan reversible? What ingredients or treatments should I look for? Need lightweight sunscreen recommendation suitable for oily skin and outdoor farm work.”
I have applied for slice credit card this Jan, but got rejected ( don’t know the exact reason for rejection) I think while applying I have selected my profile as a student and uploaded my expired college ID as proof (though I am not a student anymore).. the thing is it’s almost 5 months after applying, but while applying again still showing to “apply again after 3 months “.. if anyone knows how to resolve this problem, please help me with it..
