Botox treatments in legs

I recently got a second round of Botox injections in my tibia Fibia hamstrings inner thighs. I’m finding a hard harder to walk because I feel like my coordination is off. I don’t know if exercise or stretching would help that but if anybody has any tips or tricks on how to get more control of your legs after Botox injections I will be ever so grateful this is the only the second time I’ve been treated. I’m 46 with CP in my legs mostly.
I feel like I kinda walk like I’m drunk. I tend to like trip over things and drag my feet more. I don’t know if it’s too much Botox or if I need to exercise more or what but I really drag my feet the heel to tell walking motion is difficult
Also, does anybody have any side effects? I was exhausted for like five days after the Botox my body feels tense and loose at the same time it’s not been the greatest the second time around.

I will definitely talk to my doctor about all this. No I don’t go to physical therapy, but any advice from real people would be great.

Exercise and Anxiety

Has anybody treated their physical anxiety with exercise if so what type ?
Any advice??
My type of anxiety is very somatic not necessarily mental. Has anybody treated that type of anxiety with heavy cardio or weightlifting? Does it work? If so, do you have any tips and tricks? My anxiety is pretty strictly physical throat closing up blood pressure increasing sweating, lack of coordination tension It’s in my stomach. I get tense. I get dizzy. I dont have alot of anxious thoughts it’s way more in my body. Thanks in advance for any advice that all of you lovely people can provide.❤️❤️❤️ I I really don’t want to be on Ativan anymore. It makes me so lazy. I’ve stepped away from even Pilates because it increases my heart rate and that can kind of trigger a panic attack so it’s kind of a tough situation but I cannot stand this Ativan anymore makes me so lazy and all I wanna do is take a pill and watch a movie. That’s really not the person I am.

Question 🙋‍♀️ is there an alternative to progesterone?

Im on week three of hormone replacement therapy 100 of progesterone and 0.25 of the estradiol patch I noticed my anxiety is no longer at a nine or 10 it’s more at like four or five, which is good, but I also noticed that my suicidal thoughts get really bad. The deep thoughts of suicidality happen maybe 2-3 times a week t night.
I don’t know if this is an adjustment to the HRT or if it’s the type of progesterone I’m on I’ve heard that bio identical, progesterone or other types of progesterone might work better. Any thoughts thank you all so much sending a hugs to all of us.❤️❤️❤️

I am on Ativan 0.5 mg. I take it pretty much daily for the last month because my anxiety has been so bad. I have panic attacks on a daily basis. If I don’t take it, I end up in the ER today. I ended up in the ER with blood pressure of 187/120. I’m not sure if it’s because of Ativan withdrawal because I ran out today or if it was just another severe panic attack has anybody gotten addicted on such a low dose. I honestly have tried not to take this medication. I do not take it for fun. I only take it when I’m having a severe panic attack where I feel my blood pressure going out of control.

I’m so confused because I feel like since I’ve been taking the Ativan so much that my panic disorder has gotten so much worse, but I’m not sure if it’s just a panic disorder that’s gotten worse or the medication’s aggravating it ?
