Ive been doing what the title says for 3 months now, here are the changes in case anyone was thinking of trying this
+ Higher energy, i literally cant get tired
+ More strength, even in things i rarely trained/did before
+ Faster muscle gains, immediate recovery from exercise
+ Im extremely calm compared to before where i was irritated quite a bit easier
+ Stronger boners
+ Increased drive and willpower, if i enjoy something then i just feel the need to get better at it
- My balls dont fit my underwear anymore but i went commando weeks in anyway
- If ur diet is high in pufa ur balls could burn, luckily for me my diet is saturated fat dominant never had this problem

I have started walking barefoot in the forest because its boring to ground in the same place heres diffrences ive seen within a week:
- my ankles are much stronger
- if i sprint i accelerate way faster and my feet and knees feel super stable
- better calf/hamstring mobilty
- the rough ground in the forest doesnt cause much pain on the skin anymore
- maybe i have more energy now but i dont know if i need it, i always have a lot of excess energy no matter how much i exercises
negatives
- my feet itch cause i stepped on some weird plant so it was annoying af for like 2 days
i will drop a post about 3 months of sunning the balls in like a week so stay tuned for my random experiments
Today i went on 2 seperate walks on some hills both of which lasted an hour (approximately), did sprints and muscle ups, then did some chores and finally did boxing training and its night now but i still have hella energy. everyday its like this and its amazing
are unripe fruits supposed to cause so much gas, aajonus recommends them over ripe fruit from what i know but they seem to cause gas for me, i ate some unripe pineapple and bananas these fruits dont give me any issues when ripe. they also tasted bad. anyone else?
did a job for a shepherd and got 1.5L of raw sheep milk, tastes and digests 10x better than store bought milk the difference is insane. this is the only time milk didnt bloat me up like crazy it was perfect
im starting to only crave red meat and melons so im thinking of doing only 2lbs lean pork + 4oz beef fat and later on when melons start being sold add those in too. Anyone have experience with a diet like this and do yall think its optimal, if not what would you add to this? Im currently experimenting with different foods so im curious
