Any tips for starting sinus rinse?

I got my septoplasty and tonsillectomy done yesterday. And I was told I need to do 2-3 sinus rinses a day but I keep trying but get too scared when I put it up to my nose. It gives me a weird sensation when I put pressure there, and then it starts bleeding and I get worried. Any tips to just be able to do it? I’ve done rinses in the past and they were always pretty miserable even when I wasn’t sick/surgery

Edit: still can’t do it. I try to but keep having a panic attack and then I get worried that’ll make things worse

How much worse does the pain get after day 0? And how long should I take codine

M(23) Got my tonsils removed and my deviated septum fixed at about noon today. And they gave me Tylenol there. Then when I got home I took some codine and the pain after was like a constant 5/10 with some 7 spikes sometimes, not bad but still not terrible, the worst part was my headache, likely from the anesthesia. Anyways I took some Tylenol again since it had been about 8 hours. Anyways it’s 8:30 now and I think my codine is starting to wear off but I’m interested to see how I feel on the tail end of that with just Tylenol. But I want to know how much I should take the codine, cause I am worried with my family history that I’m more prone to addiction. And how much worse will the next few days be, from what I’ve read people say there’s not much pain the first day or 2 and then bam it’s miserable even before the scabs are falling off

Can I stack monthly rewards on pre orders?

So I rember reading somewhere that you were able to place the 5$ pro reward on different pre orders that were far out each month and could move them if needed. And then when you have a bunch you could take them all out and put them on one game? Is this at all true, if so how??

Any tips for getting my septo and tonsillectomy next week??

As the title says I’ll be getting both a septoplasty as well as a tonsillectomy at the same time and I feel like I’m already dreading the pain before it’s even started. Some things I’m going to have are a humidifier above my bed, as well as some sort of pillow to keep my upright(any recommendations?) and be cycling whatever meds my doctor suggests every few hours and setting alarms throughout the night to take meds as well as drink water if I can. But besides these any tips to make my experience as manageable as possible? I’m gonna just try to be distracting myself with video games and learning guitar for 2 weeks
