If you had to start an online business today with AI, where would you begin?

Imagine you had to start from scratch with no existing audience or customers. You still have access to today's AI tools, but you can only focus on one business model.

Where would you put your time first, and what would your reasoning be?

What's an AI use case that sounds overhyped to you?

Every week there's a new claim about AI replacing an entire job or running a business on autopilot. Some ideas are genuinely useful, while others seem more like marketing than reality.

Have you come across a use case that gets a lot of attention but hasn't delivered in your own experience?

What's your favorite way to learn about soil?

There are so many ways to learn, from textbooks and research papers to field work and hands-on experiments.

I've found that actually observing soil in different environments helps me understand concepts much better than reading alone.

How do you enjoy learning about soil science?

What's something you wish you knew before accepting your first task?

When I first signed up, I was eager to jump into anything that looked interesting. Looking back, I probably would have saved myself a lot of time by slowing down and paying closer attention to the instructions.

Everyone seems to learn a few lessons the hard way when they're new.

If you could give one tip to your past self on day one, what would it be?

I need advice... how do you push back when leadership keeps overriding your prioritization with pet projects??

Hey everyone,

So, I'm a fairly new associate PM and I've been trying to do things the right way. I spent weeks building out a prioritized roadmap, factoring in customer feedback, engineering capacity, and business goals.

And then my VP just showed up with a strategic initiative that bumped half of it without any real explanation.

It keeps happening and I genuinely don't know how to push back without it turning into a political thing. I've heard people mention using PM tools to manage backlogs and feature requests ( airfocus is one I see frequently). But I've never really used one and I don't even understand how a tool solves this kind of problem.

Has anyone dealt with this kind of thing and found a way to make it better?

Helping my parents prep for travel, need advice

"My parents are traveling solo for the first time after my dad’s heart attack next month so I’m just more protective of him than ever before. He’s doing better now but still a bit weak so I’m slightly concerned about them managing everything on their own.

They’re flying from California to Dubai to meet his sister and then planning some road trips as well. My biggest concern is his medication so I’m going to get him small travel medicine kit to keep everything organized.

He also uses his old dell laptop every day for emails and news even though the battery life is pretty bad now. We’ve tried getting him a newer one, he just isn’t comfortable switching so we don’t push it. So I’m also considering getting him a power bank for it while traveling but I’m not sure whether a wired one (like iniu P50) or a wireless one (like iniu snapgo air) would be better. What are parents preferring these days?

Also, for anyone who has helped their parents travel after a health scare, what small travel items actually made a real difference in keeping them comfortable especially during road trips?"
