Hi everyone,

you’ve probably seen these posts (they pop up every other week here). In the latest post shamed by people? the OP's sister told her she already had "a million kids" when she got pregnant with a 3rd and later came over and said "my god, it's a zoo in here".

Guys, clearly this some sort of understudied psychiatric derangement syndrome and we should stop pretending it isn't.

I think it is time we give this mindset an official diagnosis. 😉

Hence, here are my ICD-style proposals:

For still-fertile shamers (friends, siblings, young parents):
Mentally Induced Infertility Disorder (MIID)
Physically capable of having more kids, but mentally induced their own infertility — then looks down on anyone who isn't

For post-fertile / older shamers (parents, in-laws, etc.):
Fertility Perception Disorder (FPD) — Severe distortion where having more than 2 kids is seen as weird or unhealthy.

So next time, we can give a diagnosis right away: "Sorry, sounds like your brother has a severe case of MIID." "Yeah, my MIL also got FPD last year, but looks like she is getting better now."

What do you think? Any other suggestions for names?

so my iPhone 13 Pro battery is at 53% and sometimes just turns off, which I think is caused by the low battery. Apart from that, I'm happy with the phone. Hence, I would normally take it to an apple repair show and get the battery replaced for 100 Euro.

But: They will also need to replace the back, right? Do you know how much they will charge for that? Also, do you think, looking at the picture, there is additional damage and I should just skip the repair and just buy a new/refurbished one?

Location is Germany. So if you have an alternative suggestion but the apple repair show, also happy to hear it.
