Why is she missing so many feathers under the wing area? It also looks wet. Could she be ill?

Kava and Thc?
For about four days in a row I was going out to kava bars and having a kava shell while also smoking my mellow fellow THC cart
On the last day I had two Kava shells as well as a big hit from my cart. And felt extremely sedated and out of it. I have since stopped since that episode.
Does anybody know if these things can interact with Prozac and cause brain damage, or permanent neurological harm?
