I work from home, I found a beautiful house. It's 4bhk, it has a pool, gym and fishing lake. Is anyone interested to take a room? 1 room is vacant. Pls dm

I have visited multiple apartment projects in nanakramguda, puppalguda, kokapet. Everyone says the project is 90% sold out, getting it at this base price is a no brainer, etc , etc.

One day, that person told me everything is almost sold out, next day he calls me and says there are 2 more available. I feel they are trying to create a demand that's not present.

Is there a way to call their bullshit out? Has anyone faced this?

From 2021, the projects have increased easily 10% YoY. I feel the journey from 2026 to 2028 or 2029 will not be as high as it was. I feel it is already plateauing with so many new projects coming up. Resale has become a nightmare as buyers have new options at the same price. Investment is a joke as we get only 2-3% rental yield.

Only case is if youre buying to stay. This is the category I fall in. I dont know, if it is the right time to buy. I strongly feel it is a bubble. Also in telangana there is no restriction on the number of floors, so a builder can go however high. So why will there ever be a supply shortage?

Want to know my fellow hyderabadis thoughts. This happened in Gurgaon also in early 2000s.

My wife's interview went well, they gave her 221g slip, and asked her to email social media links. But they didnt mention the email id in the checkpoint they ticked.

In another option there was an email id, so sent it there. Its been 2 days and its still "refused"

Is this normal? For me and some other friends it turned to admi nistrative processing in 3-5 hours?
