Why does this use so much resources and have no way to resume/properly do large imports, I have a 5 5600x and 32gb of ram. I'm switching over from immich because my living situation is changing and I can't run a home server and 5tb for $200 a year plus all the other perks seemed like a good deal.

Is there any better way to do big uploads, or a proper app for the desktop?

Will in person math 19A be easier, and what are the consequences of dropping a summer edge class after completing session 1? (inc freshman)

I am currently taking online 19A after completing a session 1 class, I am finding it incredibly difficult and I don't think I will be able to pass it. Do y'all think this is just because of the online structure making it more difficult or if I'm not able to do it here I won't be able to do it in person? It's still before the drop date but if I do drop it that will put me at 6 credits for the summer instead of the required 7, will anything bad happen if I do that?

First card a month after turning 18

I think I got lucky getting it as a mastercard, I wouldn't have taken it if it was a discover cause I've already had issues with my debit card not being accepted somewhere. Also what's interesting is they didn't approve me for the original offer but one with "altered terms" that just seems like its the quicksilver for good credit except they didn't call it that. I made my checking account with them a month ago and a popup told me to apply for it even though I did the pre approval thing and it said I wouldn't be approved.

Was this a good buy? I would get a MBP 16in if I didn't need windows.

Was waiting on a sale, was $2630, w/ memorial day $2250, and I figured I'd take the gamble on open box excellent for $1983. Can't wait for it, figured it was a pretty good deal. I plan to use G-Helper as the main reason I like the mac is for its battery life, and I need like 6 hours away from the wall doing moderate tasks.

I just see a lot online about the type of people at this school, and I'm wondering if their just a loud minority or if everyone is really like that. I would consider myself pretty normal, and I'm not opposed to anyone lifestyle but I do worry I won't fit in as a straight white gymbro. Also personal anecdote but out of the people from my school ik going to sc 3 of them are lesbian which is pretty high % for such a small amount of ppl.

I personally find a lot of the protesting and virtue signaling etc pretty obnoxious, and I find these people are only "inclusive" if you share their worldview. I would by no means consider myself right wing whatsoever, and personally dislike trump and I'm moderate left I'd like to think. Will I find my people, and is there a good amount of "normal" women here or will I have to shift the beliefs I display to more extreme so I can be socially successful here? Also I do plan to try to get Cowell or Stevenson cause they are closest to the gym, I think ill fit in best there but id love to know yalls thoughts.
