Include British citizens in the priority group of speciality training
The BMA is currently cooking to make starting from 2027, British citizens who graduated abroad will not be prioritised for speciality training spaces starting 2027, and they plans to prioritise immigrants with NHS experience (mostly 5 years), instead.
British citizens are likely to go back to NHS and serve their country and have ties to their home country UK.
