Left USAA today after 39 years.

I left USAA today after 39 years with them. They were great when for military only. Now, they jack up rates astronomically, fight to pay claims, customer service is horrible, and on my last call a week ago they tried to hard sell me a jewelry coverage policy and I had to firmly say NO three times. I moved auto and home to another large insurer and am saving over $2800 per year for BETTER coverage. It's sad that I'm happy to leave.

Edit - Everyone is asking. I moved to Travelers.

How to use a template for selling but charge varied fixed price shipping?

I cannot figure out how to use a template for listing but charge a different fixed shipping rate for each listing based on weight. We ship Media Mail qualified items but don't want to use Calculated Rates. Any ideas. Right now we can only have one shipping price and that can't be changed even after the listing goes live. No, I don't want to do Free Shipping and build it into the price as I pay my helper 30% of the selling price and that would get too complicated.

Talk me out of my 2021 Subaru Outback into a Lexus without all those electronics to go bad in the Arizona heat.

I've had my 2021 Subaru Outback into the shop twice now for the heat killing the Thermo Valve and the dashboard and screen going haywire. It's a known issue. Plus, it's dark blue with black interior. Talk me into a bit older Lexus without all the electronics to go bad and be expensive to repair. I'm a big guy but my wife is small and we'll both be driving it. What Year/Model should I be thinking about? I don't want a Hybrid and prefer a V6 non-turbo for durability as it's a 5000-mile a year city car and I don't care about gas mileage. (As an aside, What Year/Model should I avoid based on this)
